Abstract:Objective To compare and analyze the effect of Fruit Acid rejuvenation and LED red and blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 90 patients with acne vulgaris treated in our hospital from November 2015 to May 2017 were selected and divided into three groups of A, B, and C according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Group A was treated by Fruit Acid rejuvenation combined with external rubbing Vitamin E ointment treatment, group B was treated with LED red and blue light combined with external rubbing Vitamin E ointment treatment, and group C was treated with pure external rubbing Vitamin E ointment treatment. The efficacy and the adverse reactions treatment period after 4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks were compared among the three groups. Results After 4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in group A was higher than that in group B and group C, and the total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group C, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the total effective rate of treatment in the same group after 4, 8, 12, and 16 weeks (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions among the three groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Fruit Acid rejuvenation and LED red and blue light have good effect in treating acne vulgaris, but Fruit Acid rejuvenation is more effective.
