暖宫七味散联合维生素E胶囊治疗高龄妇女卵巢储备功能下降的效果

摘要目的探讨暖宫七味散联合维生素E 胶囊治疗高龄妇女卵巢储备功能下降的效果。方法选取2018年6月～2019年9月我院收治的90 例高龄妇女卵巢储备功能下降患者，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组各45 例。对照组施以黄体酮治疗，试验组施以暖宫七味散联合维生素E 胶囊治疗，对两组临床治疗效果、治疗前及治疗3 个月后患者促黄体生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、雌二醇（E2）、血清抗苗勒管激素（AMH）、窦卵泡数（AFC）、血清抑制素B（INHB）的变化进行观察。结果治疗3 个月后，两组的LH、FSH 水平低于治疗前，E2、AMH、AFC、INHB 水平高于治疗前，且试验组LH、FSH 水平低于对照组，E2、AMH、AFC、INHB 水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且试验组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论暖宫七味散联合维生素E 胶囊对高龄妇女卵巢储备功能下降有良好的作用，不仅能提升治疗效果与E2、AMH、AFC、水平，同时还能降低LH、FSH 水平。

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of Nuangong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules in the treatment of ovarian reserve decline in women at advanced ages. Methods A total of 90 elderly women with decreased ovarian reserve function who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method, 45 cases in each group. In the control group, Progesterone was used, while in the experimental group, Nuangong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules were provided. The clinical treatment effect, and changes of luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), and estradiol (E2), serum anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH), sinus follicle number (AFC), and serum inhibin B (INHB) before treatment and 3 months after treatment were observed. Results After 3 months of treatment, the LH and FSH levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of E2, AMH,AFC, INHB levels were higher than those before treatment, the levels of the LH and FSH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the levels of E2, AMH, AFC, INHB levels were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The total clinical response rate of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Nuonggong Qiwei Powder combined with Vitamin E Capsules has a good effect on the reduction of ovarian reserve function in elderly women. It can not only improve the therapeutic effect and the levels of E2, AMH, AFC, but also reduce LH and FSH levels.
