Abstract:Objective To study the effect of cognitive intervention on the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods A total of 60 patients with AMI after PCI from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as research objects. According to the different modes of intervention, the patients were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30). The control group was given routine nursing methods, the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention. The psychological state of the two groups was evaluated using the anxiety scale (HAD-A) and depression scale (HAD-D),the psychological elasticity scale (CD-RISC) was used to evaluate and compare the psychological elasticity level of the two groups, and the total nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results The incidence of anxiety and depression in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of psychological elasticity was better than that in the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05),and the total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavior intervention can improve the psychological state and nursing satisfaction of patients with AMI after PCI.
