Abstract:Objective To optimize the best preparation process of Fat Reduction and Lightweight Body Cream. Methods According to the prescription characteristics of the Fat Reduction and Lightweight Body Cream,with the rate of cream production as the index,a combination of single-factor experiment and orthogonal test were adopted. The investigation factors such as immersion time,amount of water added,extraction temperature,and extraction time were selected for selection of optimal preparation conditions for the Fat Reduction and Lightweight Body Cream. Results The optimal process conditions for the preferred Fat Reduction and Lightweight Body Cream were immersion time 50 minutes,1000 ml of water added,and extraction performed twice at 100°C under normal pressure for 180 minutes each time. After standing,re-precipitation and filtration were combined,the less medicine residue,the better preparation process. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable and feasible,and it complies with the requirements of Specification for Quality Management of Pharmaceutical Production and has a high rate of cream production.
