Abstract:Objective To optimize the optimal extraction technology of Shangkejiedu Granules.Methods The dry extract mass fraction and chlorogenic acid mass fraction were taken as investigation indicators,and the test results were weighted comprehensive scores,among which the dry extract weight coefficient was 0.7,and the chlorogenic acid weight coefficient was 0.3.By investigating four single factors of water addition amount(A),soaking time(B),decoction time(C)and decoction times(D),the orthogonal test level was determined,the best extraction technology was screened,and the extraction technology was verified.Results The best extraction technology of Shangkejiedu Granules was A2B3C2D2,that was adding 24 times water,soaking for 45 minutes,decocting twice for 1 hour each time.The average values of dry extract mass fraction and chlorogenic acid mass fraction were 0.31 g/g and 5.44 mg/g,RSD was 1.9%and 3.8%respectively.Conclusion This technology is simple,stable and feasible,and can be applied to subsequent experimental research and industrial production.
