Abstract：Objective To explore the curative effect of Alendronate Sodium combined with traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy on osteoporosis. Methods A total of 68 osteoporosis patients in our hospital from January 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the patient′s medical record tail number, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, 34 cases in each group.The control group was given Calcium Carbonate D3 combined with Alendronate Sodium Tablets for oral treatment.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy on the basis of the control group, and the bone turnover, the level of biochemical markers, bone mineral density and the total effective rate of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the level of biochemical markers of bone turnover in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, while the level of bone density was higher than that in the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group (97.06%) was higher than that in the control group (82.35%), the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of Alendronate Sodium in combination with traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy for osteoporosis patients has significant effect.It can reduce the level of biochemical markers of bone turnover and improve the level of bone mineral density, improve the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
