Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, the study objects were divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was only treated by operation, and the experimental group was treated by Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation. The clinical treatment effect, lymph node metastasis and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients. Results The total remission rate of patients in the experimental group (75.00%) was higher than that in the control group (52.50%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The rates of parauterine lymph node metastasis and pelvic lymph node metastasis in the experimental group were 0.00% and 2.50%, which were lower than those in the control group (10.00% and 15.00%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of locally advanced cervical cancer, Paclitaxel combined with Cisplatin neoadjuvant chemotherapy before operation can improve the clinical treatment effect, inhibit lymph node metastasis, and the adverse reactions are slight, which is more conducive to the recovery of patients′ condition, and it is worth learning in clinical work.
