Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of home exercise training with App based on mobile Internet technologyin patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods A total of 30 patients with PD treated in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected as the subjects, and divided into control group and research group by random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. The control group accepted home exercise training with the help of pamphlet, while the research group was given home exercise training by using App.The patients of the two groups were assessed by using the united Parkinson′s disease rating scale Ⅱ(UPDRS Ⅱ)and UPDRS Ⅲ,Berg balance scale(BBS),and time up and go test (TUGT) before and after 8 weeks of training. Results After training, the UPDRS Ⅱand UPDRS Ⅲscores in the research group were lower than those before training, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in UPDRS Ⅱand UPDRS Ⅲscores of the control group before and after training (P>0.05).The UPDRS Ⅱand UPDRS Ⅲscores in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After training, the BBS scores in the both groups were higher than those before training, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The BBS score in the research group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After training, the TUGT in the research group was shorter than that before training, and and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TUGT of the control group before and after training (P>0.05).The TUGT in the research group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of home rehabilitation training App could improve PD patients′ motor function and activity of daily life, which can be promoted in clinic, but further research is needed to optimize it.
