推拿手法配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者腰腿功能的影响

摘要目的探讨推拿手法配合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对患者腰腿功能的影响。方法选取2017年3月～2018年11月我院收治的60 例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为A 组和B 组，每组各30 例。A 组患者行推拿手法治疗，B 组患者行推拿手法配合艾灸治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、治疗前后视觉模拟（VAS）评分及直腿抬高试验阳性率。结果 B 组患者的临床治疗总有效率为96.67%，高于A 组的70.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者治疗前的VAS 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者治疗后1、2 周的VAS 评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；B 患者治疗后1、2 周的VAS 评分均低于A 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。B 组患者治疗后的直腿抬高试验阳性率为10.00%，显著低于A 组的36.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论推拿手法配合艾灸能够显著提高腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果，降低疼痛程度，有效改善患者的腰腿功能。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of massage manipulation combined with moxibustion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influence on waist and leg function of patients. Methods Sixty patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects. They were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the group A were treated with massage manipulation, and patients in the group B were treated with massage manipulation and moxibustion. The therapeutic effect, the visual analogue scale (VAS) score before and after treatment, and the positive rate of straight leg elevation test were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the group B was 96.67%, which was higher than 70.00% in the group A, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). The VAS scores of the two groups at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The VAS scores of the group B at 1 and 2 weeks after treatment were lower than those of the group A, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The positive rate of straight leg elevation test after treatment in the group B was 10.00%, which was significantly lower than that in the group A (36.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The massage manipulation combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of lumbar disc herniation, reduce the degree of pain, and improve waist and leg function.
