Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets in the postoperative endometrial repair for missed abortion patients who underwent the curettage.Methods A total of 70 missed abortion patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected as study objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with general treatment,while the observation group was treated with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of postoperative bleeding between the two groups after operation (P＞0.05).The vaginal bleeding time,duration of abdominal pain and menstruation recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of pelvic inflammatory disease in the observation group was 2.86%,which was lower than 17.14%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of menstrual disorders in the observation group was 0.00%,which was lower than that in the control group (14.29%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The oral medication of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets can promote the endometrial repair and adjust the sex hormone,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
