Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To explore the role of dynamic electrocardiographic (ECG)monitoring for rational arrhythmia in geriatric diseases. Methods A total of 80 cases of rational arrhythmia in geriatric diseases admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected as the objects, and all patients were clinically diagnosed by routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram, and the diagnosis Results of two kinds of electrocardiogram were compared and analyzed. The relationship between arrhythmia and disease in patients were observed. Results The detection rates of early beat detection, atrial early beat, atrial velocity, ventricular block, atrial block and ventricular velocity were significantly higher than those of conventional electrocardiogram, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of ventricular velocity, sinus stoppage and sinus block between patients with routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram atrial fibrillation (P>0.05).Conclusion Dynamic ECG monitoring is carried out in patients with senile rational arrhythmia, and its monitoring is accurate to significantly higher than that of conventional electrocardiogram, which can show the cardiac function of patients more accurately, reduce the rate of missed diagnosis, safe and effective diagnosis, and reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of patients, and has the value of clinical use and popularization.
