Application value of seamless nursing mode in stress reaction and bad mood prevention of surgical patients

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of seamless nursing mode in the prevention of stress reaction and bad mood in surgical patients.Methods 84 patients who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,it was divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine operation room nursing,while the observation group was given seamless nursing on the basis of nursing in the control group.The stress response index (heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and cortisol),HAMA score,HAMD score and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results①After nursing,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and cortisol stress reaction indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than before nursing and those of the control group (P＜0.05).②the HAMA score and HAMD score of the observation group were significantly lower than before nursing and those of the control group (t=12.375,P＜0.001;t=6.083,P＜0.001);③the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2=7.372,P=0.007).Conclusion The application of seamless nursing mode in surgical patients has good clinical effect.It is beneficial to relieve the stress response and bad mood of the patients and accelerate the recovery of the patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
