Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of children′s snoring stress and ventilation function,to provide a reliable basis for clinical. Methods A total of 116 children with pediatric snoring were selected from May 2014 to June 2016.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method,58 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with low temperature plasma ablation of nasal endoscopy, adenoidectomy and tonsilectomy were used in the reference group. The degree of stress response and the effect of ventilation were compared between the two groups after operation. Results After operation 24 h,the content of glutathione(GSH)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of sleepout(AHI),oxygen deficit(ODI),oxygen saturation less than 90%of sleep time(SLT 90%),and longest apnea were observed 6 months after surgery(LAT)were significantly lower than those in the reference group, the lowest nocturnal oxygen saturation(LSaO2)was significantly higher than that in the reference group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of nasal endoscopic low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of pediatric snoring has a significant clinical effect, the operation can relieve the stress response after surgery in children, improve the ventilation after surgery,it is worthy of clinical application.
