Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive psychological nursing intervention on patients with mental disorders in compulsory medical treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with mental disorders hospitalized in Guangzhou compulsory medical institute from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected as the research subjects,and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional medicine for symptomatic treatment and health education,and the observation group was given comprehensive psychological nursing intervention in psychologica,economic and knowledge level on basis of the patients in the control group.The mental symptoms,psychological and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated by Krawiecka symptom scale,SCL-90 symptom checklist and SF-36 scale,and the effects of nursing intervention were observed.Results The Krawiecka scores of the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The difference of the factors of SCL-90 before nursing intervention in the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The factors of the SCL-90 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores in the SF-36 scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The effective and comprehensive comprehensive psychological nursing intervention can help the patients get rid of the guilt,reduce the bad mood and help the recovery of the disease.
