CT在胸部弥漫性疾病诊断中的应用价值

摘要目的分析CT诊断胸部弥漫性疾病的应用价值。方法选取我院2015年1月～2017年6月诊治的50例胸部弥漫性疾病，均实施X线和CT检查，总结患者CT表现，并比较两种方式的检查结果。结果患者经胸部CT检查，20例有明显的散在斑片样影，病灶显示结节影11例，磨玻璃影10例，网状影4例，栗粒样高密度影3例，蜂窝影2例。经比较，CT扫描图像质量优良率明显高于X线（P＜0.05），诊断阳性率为100%，明显高于X线的82.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在胸部弥漫性疾病诊断中，胸部CT扫描清晰度高，图像质量理想，便于医师对患者影像学特征仔细观察，准确分析疾病类型。

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application value of CT in diagnosing diffuse thoracic diseases.Methods From January 2015 to June 2017,50 patients with diffuse chest diseases were examined by X-ray and CT.The CT findings of the patients were summarized and the results of the two methods were compared.Results 50 cases were examined by chest CT,20 cases had obvious scattered patchy shadow,11 cases had nodular shadow,10 cases had ground glass shadow,4 cases had reticular shadow,3 cases had chestnut high density shadow,2 cases had honeycomb shadow.Compared with X-ray,the excellent and good rate of CT scanning image was significantly higher(P＜0.05),and the positive rate of diagnosis was 100%and 82.00%respectively (P＜0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of thoracic diffuse diseases,chest CT scanning has high definition and ideal image quality,which is convenient for doctors to observe the imaging features of patients carefully and analyze the types of diseases accurately.
