Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factors of acute pressure sore in patients with forced lateral prone position in operating room. Methods From December 2017 to December 2018,105 patients with lateral position and prone position who underwent elective operation were selected as the subjects of study. The basic data of the patients and the related factors before operation were analyzed retrospectively, and the occurrence of acute pressure sore during operation was analyzed. The risk factors of acute pressure sore during operation were analyzed by single factor analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results There were 12 cases of acute pressure sore in 105 patients, all of them were stageⅠpressure sore, and the incidence of acute pressure sore was 11.43%.Single factor analysis showed that age, body mass index(BMI),preoperative hemoglobin, intraoperative pressure, duration of operation and intraoperative protective measures were associated with the occurrence of acute pressure sore(P<0.05),while multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that BMI,preoperative hemoglobin, duration of operation and no protective measures during operation were risk factors for the occurrence of acute pressure sore(P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of acute bedsore in patients with forced lateral prone position in operating room is related to BMI,preoperative hemoglobin, duration of operation and protective measures during operation. Therefore, intervention measures should be taken for related risk factors in order to reduce the incidence of surgical pressure sore.
