Abstract：Clinical evidence of blood metastasis in patients with breast cancer, circulating tumor cell (CTC) enters the blood circulation from the primary tumor tissue and grows in the distant tissue, which promotes the formation of distant metastases.Early detection of circulating tumor cells has good guiding significance for individual diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.In this paper, the technique of circulating tumor cell detection and its application in breast cancer are reviewed.
