Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous psychological nursing on improving bad emotion and rehabilitation compliance of patients with stroke sequela.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 78 patients with stroke sequela treated in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 39 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing,and the study group were given continuing psychological nursing.Rehabilitation compliance score, self-rating depression scale (SDS), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and subjective well-being scale score were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of rehabilitation treatment compliance in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The scores of SAS,SDS and subjective well-being were not significantly different between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The scores of SAS, SDS and negative factors of subjective well-being in the study group were significantly lower after intervention than those before intervention, and the scores of positive factors of subjective well-being were significantly higher than those before intervention (P<0.05).The scores of SAS, SDS and negative factors of well-being were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of positive factors of subjective well-being were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous psychological nursing can significantly improve the bad mood of patients with stroke sequelae, improve patients′ compliance with rehabilitation treatment and subjective well-being, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
