Abstract:Objective To compare the efficacy of minimally invasive laparoscope and traditional laparotomy in the treatment of children with appendiceal perforation peritonitis sepsis. Methods A total of 82 pediatric patients with sepsis of perforated peritonitis from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 41 cases in each group. The control group received traditional laparotomy, and the observation group received minimally invasive endoscope. The surgical indicators, inflammatory factor levels and the total incidence rate of complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, postoperative exhaust time, bed activity time, feeding time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while the level of interleukin-10 (IL-10) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive endoscope is more effective in the application of sepsis of perforated peritonitis in children, which can completely remove the appendix, remove the intra-abdominal inflammation, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, reduce the occurrence of complications, and speed up the postoperative recovery, it has positive clinical significance.
