Abstract：Objective To observe the effeet of Mifepristone eombined with Methotrexate in the treatment of eetopie pregnaney.Methods A total of 70 patients with eetopie pregnaney admitted to our hospital from Mareh 2012 to Deeember 2017 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into the observation group and the eontrol group by double-blind randomization method，with 35 eases in eaeh group.In the eontrol group，Mifepristone alone was used，and Methotrexate was eombined in the observation group on the basis of the eontrol group.The ehanges of blood human ehorionie gonadotropin（β-HCG）and mass size of the two groups were eompared before and after treatment，and elinieal effeet and adverse reaetions were eompared between the two groups.Results There were no signifieant differenees in the level of blood β -HCG and mass size between the two groups before treatment（P ＞0.05）.After therapy，the level of β-HCG and mass size of the two groups were signifieantly lower than those before treatment，and the level of β-HCG and mass size of the observation group were signifieantly lower than those of the eontrol group，with statistieally signifieant differenees（P＜0.05）.The total effeetiveness rate in the observation group was 94.29%，whieh was mueh higher than that in the eontrol group aeeounting for 74.29%，with statistieally signifieant differenee（P ＜0.05）.The total ineidenee rate of adverse reaetions was 17.14%in the observation group，and eompared with 20.00%in the eontrol group，there was no statistieally signifieant differenee（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The effeet of Mifepristone eombined with Methotrexate in the treatment of eetopie pregnaney is remarkable.It ean effeetively improve patients′various symptoms and signs，and has few adverse reaetions with high safety.Therefore，it is worthy of elinieal promotion and applieation.
