心理干预在亚急性甲状腺炎患者中的应用效果分析

摘要目的探讨针对性的心理干预应用于亚急性甲状腺炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年8月～2017年7月在我院门诊就诊的80例亚急性甲状腺炎患者，随机分为对照组、观察组，每组40例。对照组患者给予药物口服及常规护理，观察组患者在对照组的基础上强化心理干预。比较两组患者血沉（ESR）、VAS疼痛评分、心理状态及护理满意度总评分。结果护理1个月后，两组患者的ESR低于护理前，VAS疼痛评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理1个月后，观察组患者的ESR低于对照组，VAS疼痛评分、SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者的护理满意度总评分[（97.80±7.51）分]显著高于对照组[（86.42±6.93）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理干预用于亚急性甲状腺炎的治疗，能显著改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪，缓解疼痛，有助于提高临床疗效，值得在临床上应用推广。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of targeted psychological intervention in patients with subacute thyroiditis.Methods Eighty patients with subacute thyroiditis who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given oral medication and routine nursing,while patients in the observation group were given intensive psychological intervention on the basis of the control group.erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),VAS pain score,psychological state and total nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results One month after nursing,ESR of the two groups was lower than that before nursing,VAS pain score,SAS score,SDS score were lower than that before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After one month of nursing,ESR of the patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,VAS pain score and SDS score were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total score of nursing satisfaction in the observation group [(97.80±7.51]points)was significantly higher than that in the control group([86.42±6.93]points),the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention for the treatment of subacute thyroiditis can significantly ameliorate the patient′s negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,relieve pain,and benefit for the improvement of clinical efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
