Abstract:ObjectiveTo carry out psychological nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with cerebrovascular intervention,and to explore and study its nursing effect.Methods From January to September 2017,120 patients with cerebral vascular interventional therapy in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group by coin throwing (positive into the study group,negative into the control group),60 cases in each group.The study group was given psychological care,and the control group was given routine care.after that,the anxiety scores of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were investigated,and the nursing satisfaction of the patients was investigated.Results The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If a cerebrovascular intervention patient occurring with preoperative anxiety,thepsychological nursing measures can be implemented to help the patient improve anxiety as well as the prognosis,and maintain a good nurse-patient relationship.
