Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Estradiol valerate combined with Progesterone in preventing uterine adhesions after induced abortion.Methods Clinical data of 62 induced abortion cases in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=32).The postoperative amount of bleeding,bleeding time,time of menstruation return,endometrial thickness,abdominal pain and intrauterine adhesions were observed in the two groups.Results In the observation group,the postoperative amount of bleeding was(78.6±8.5)ml,bleeding time was(5.1±0.9)d,time of menstruation return was(19.4±3.5)d and the incidence of intrauterine adhesions was 6.3%,which were significantly lower than those in the control group([99.6±10.3]ml,[6.6±1.0]d,[27.3±4.1]d,and 23.3%).Accordingly.The severity of abdominal pain in the observation group was milder compared to that in the control group.The endometrial thickness was(9.9±0.2)mm,higher than that of the control group,(4.5±0.1)mm.The indexes mentioned above all differed statistically in the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionEstradiol valerate combined with progesterone can obtain a great effect on preventing intrauterine adhesions after induced abortion,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
