临床护士护理行为能力对行为目标达成度的影响

摘要目的探讨临床护士护理行为能力对行为目标达成度的影响，为护理管理提供指导。方法于2017年5月间，采用注册护士核心能力测评量表（CIRN）与护士行为目标达成度量表（NPGA）对272名临床护士进行调查。结果护士CIRN总分为（144.98±21.37）分，为中等水平，NPGA总分为（156.27±21.37）分，为低等水平。相关分析显示，护士行为目标达成度与护士核心能力成正相关性（r=0.570，P＜0.01），回归分析显示，核心能力可解释行为目标达成度变异性的35.7%。结论临床护士核心能力与行为目标达成度总体水平不高，护士核心能力是行为目标达成度的重要预测因素。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore effect analysis of on nursing behavior ability on and behavior goal attainment in clinical nurses,in order to afford guide for nursing management.Methods272 clinical nurses were researched with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurse(CIRN)and Nurse′s Performance for Goal Attainment(NPGA)in May,2017.ResultsThe total score of CIRN was (144.98±21.37)points,it was medium level,the total score of NPGA was (156.27±21.37)points,it was low level.Correlation analysis showed，Nurse′s performance for goal attainment was positively correlated with competency inventory for registered nurse(r=0.570,P＜0.01）,Regression analysis showed that core competence could explain 35.7%of variability of behavior goal attainment.ConclusionThe total level of post competency and behavior goal attainment of clinical nurses are not high,post competency of clinical nurses is an important forecasting factor of behavior goal attainmenty.
