Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical effect of Xuebijing in the treatment of pressure ulcers and infections.MethodsFrom April 2015 to December 2016,74 patients with pressure sore were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the order of treatment.37 patients in each group were treated with conventional antibiotic oral plus wound debridement and dressing change treatment.The treatment group was combined with Xuebijing injection,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was analyzed.ResultsAfter 7 days of treatment,the body temperature,C-reactive protein level and white blood cell level in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The follow-up observation showed that the wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05),while The wound healing time of the treatment group([33.75±3.95]d)was shorter than that of the control group([40.30±3.68]d),the difference was statistically significant(t=7.3801,P=0.0000).ConclusionThe clinical application of Xuebijing in the treatment of pressure ulcers and infections in diabetic patients achieves good and clear effect.
