阿奇霉素、丙种球蛋白、利福平联合用药治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的效果观察

摘要目的探讨阿奇霉素、丙种球蛋白、利福平联合用药对难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的疗效。方法选取2012年3月～2016年3月在我院诊断为难治性肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿93例，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组47例与观察组46例。对照组采用阿奇霉素治疗，治疗组采用阿奇霉素、丙种球蛋白、利福平治疗。将两组间的疗效、症状改善时间进行比较。结果治疗3 d后，观察组患者的有效率显著优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者症状改善时间显著短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论阿奇霉素、丙种球蛋白、利福平联合用药治疗儿童难治性肺炎支原体肺炎，具有较好的退热和缓解咳嗽的作用，有较高的实用价值。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Azithromycine Combined with Gamma Globulin and Rifampicin in the treatment of children with Refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.MethodsFrom March 2012 to March 2016,93 children diagnosed as refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(46 cases).The control group was treated with azithromycin,while the treatment group was treated with Azithromycin,Gamma globulin and Rifampicin.The curative effect and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter 3 days of treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05);The improvement time of symptoms in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05).ConclusionAzithromycine combined with Gamma Globulin and Rifampicin in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia has better clinical efficiency,with can effectively reduce the symptoms improved time with a high clinical value.
