Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Breviscapine Injection combined with Monosialicganglioside on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Ninety patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group (n=45)and observation group (n=45),the observation group was given routine treatment+Breviscapine Injection combined with Monosialoganglioside treatment, while the control group was given routine treatment. The clinical efficacy and related indicators of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Portmann score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the Portmann score of the observation group at 7 d and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment, and significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the amplitude and latency of facial nerve between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the amplitude of facial nerve wave in observation group was significantly higher than that before treatment, and the latency of facial nerve was significantly shorter than that before treatment, the differences were statitically signifscant(P<0.05).After treatment, the amplitude of facial nerve wave in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the latency of facial nerve was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statitically signifscant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with peripheral facial paralysis were treated with Breviscapine Injection combined with Monosialoganglioside, the curative effect is definite and it has clinical value.
