Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)in knee degenerative osteoarthrosis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 65 patients with suspected knee degenerative osteoarthrosis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 was performed. All patients underwent 1.5T MRI,and the results of arthroscopic surgery were set as a golden standard. The examination results and diagnostic efficacy of 1.5T MRI were explored. Results Of the 65 patients with suspected knee degenerative osteoarthrosis,47 patients were positive on MRI,and 18 were negative.Among them, the knee stenosis of joint cavity, the formation of osteophyte at the edge of the joint and the detection rate of free body in the joint cavity were the highest, all accounting for 17.02%.The 65 patients were all definitely diagnosed by surgical pathology, including 45 patients with knee degenerative osteoarthrosis.MRI examinations of 59 patients were consistent with the results of surgical pathology. The diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy was 91.49%,88.89%,and 90.77%respectively.Conclusion 1.5T MRI can provide reliable reference information for the diagnosis of knee joint degenerative osteoarthrosis, and has high clinical value.
