Abstract：In combination with the practice of clinical pharmacists in the intensive care unit(ICU),the entry point for clinical pharmacists to conduct pharmacy services in the ICU is discussed.Pharmacological services are provided through the participation of clinical pharmacists in the drug treatment of neurological diseases,cardiovascular diseases and multidrug-resistant infections and in guiding the rational use of drugs by nurses.Clinical pharmacist-assisted medical care involves drug selection,drug interactions,drug dosages,frequency adjustments,drug stability,etc.And their pharmaceutical advice were adopted.Clinical pharmacists participate in drug treatment of ICU patients and play important roles in promoting the safe use of drugs in critical patients.
