ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of different drugs in the anaesthesia of transvaginal puncture and ovum extraction.Methods50 patients receivedthe transvaginal puncture and ovum extraction from August 1,2015 to July 31,2017 were selected as object.Using the computer random grouping method,50 patients were divided into the two groups, and there were 25 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Dexmedetomidine+Diazepam, while the control group was treated with Remifentanil+Propofol.Various signs of life and incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups were compared.ResultsThe respiratory frequency, oxygen saturation, heart rate and mean arterial pressure of the patients in the observation group were not significantly changed at T1,T2,T3,T4and T5(P>0.05).The respiratory rate and oxygen saturation at T2,T3,T4and T5in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and the heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T2in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the heart rate and mean arterial pressure at T5were lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative restlessness and oxygen saturation <92%was lower in the observation group than in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe effect of Dexmedetomidine combined with Diazepam applied in the transvaginal puncture and ovum extraction is reliable.
