针对性护理在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的效果

摘要目的探讨针对性护理对小儿支气管肺炎临床护理价值。方法根据入院先后顺序将2014年5月～2017年7月我院收治60例小儿支气管肺炎患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组各30例。对照组采用规护理干预，观察组采用针对性护理干预，比较两组不同护理干预效果。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组临床症状、体征恢复时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论针对性护理应用在小儿支气管肺炎护理中，临床效果突出，提高临床总有效率，促进症状消失，有临床推广使用价值。

Abstract：Objective To study the clinical nursing value of targeted nursing for children with bronchopneumonia.Methods According to the order of hospitalization,60 children with bronchial pneumonia in our hospital from May 2014 to July 2017 were divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given standardized nursing intervention and the observation group was targeted nursing intervention respectively,and the effects of two groups of nursing intervention were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05）,and the clinical symptoms,the recovery time of the signs and the time of hospitalization were significantly shorter in the observation group,the differences were the statistically significant(P<0.05）.Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in the nursing of bronchopneumonia in children has a prominent clinical effect,improving the total clinical efficiency,promoting the disappearance of the symptoms,and promoting the application value.
