Abstract:Objective To study the influence of non-invasive ventilation combined with blood purification on inflammatory factors and oxidative stress in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome. Methods All of 78 patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome admitted into our hospital from January 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilation, and the observation group was treated with non-invasive ventilation combined with blood purification. The levels of inflammatory factors and oxidative stress reaction indexes were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β and IL-6 inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The CRP level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the degree of reduction of SOD and GSH-Px in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of MDA in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion non-invasive ventilation combined with blood purification treatment for patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome can help to stabilize inflammatory factors and oxidative stress, ensure clinical efficacy, and promote the early recovery of patients, which is worthy of popularization and application.
