Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of whole course nursing intervention on patients undergoing abdominal surgery.Methods From December 2015 to October 2017,90 patients with abdominal surgery were selected and divided into control group and observation group by drawing lots,45 cases in each group.In the control group,routine nursing mode was used in the operating room,while in the observation group,the whole nursing mode was adopted on the basis of the control group.The scores of mental state,blood pressure,heart rate and total nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The psychological state score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The level of blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than that in the control group (71.11%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing staff choose the whole nursing mode to nurse the patients with abdominal operation,and obtain the ideal effect in the aspects of improving the psychological state,reducing the stress reaction and improving the degree of satisfaction of nursing,so as to promote the recovery of the patients with abdominal surgery.
