Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing quality management in orthopedics department of traditional Chinese medicine in continuous quality improvement.Methods A total of 120 patients with orthopaedic diseases admitted to our hospital from January,18th2016 to April,26th2018 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into the two groups randomly using computer randomized grouping method and each group had 60 cases.The observation group was administered with continuous quality improvement,while the control group was administered with routine management.The nursing satisfaction,scores of mental status,quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The physical field,psychological field,social field and material life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing quality management in orthopedics department of traditional Chinese medicine is of great value for continuous quality improvement,and it can significantly improve the depression and anxiety of patients,improve the nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotioin and application.
