Abstract:Objective To explore the influence and practice of individualized nursing intervention on the incidence of urinary retention after radical treatment of cervical cancer (CC).Methods A total of 92 patients with CC radical surgery were selected from march 2015 to July 2016 in the department of gynecology of our hospital, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,46 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were routinely treated with extensive total hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection. On the basis of routine care of the observation group was given personalized nursing intervention. The incidence of postoperative urinary retention, recatheter rate, average length of stay and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the incidence of urinary retention and the resetting rate were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of indwelling catheter in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than in the contol group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing intervention in patients with CC radical prostatectomy, which can effectively reduce the incidence of urinary retention,to speed up the restore bladder function, can shortenthe patient′s average hospitalization days, effectively reduce the medical expenses, and iprove patients satisfaction of nursing work.
