心理干预在改善原发性手汗症患者术后疗效中的作用

摘要目的探讨心理干预在改善原发性手汗症（PH）患者术后疗效发挥的作用。方法选择我院2015年6月～2017年7月收治的108例PH患者作为研究对象；采用数字奇偶法分为对照组和观察组，每组各54例。对照组采用基础护理方式，观察组采用基础护理+心理干预方式。比较两组术后疗效以及治疗满意度。结果观察组微潮概率（37.04%）以及干燥概率（57.41%）高于对照组（16.67%）、（37.04%），潮湿概率（5.56%）低于对照组（46.30%），差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），观察组治疗满意度（98.15%）高于对照组（72.22%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床对PH患者在行基础护理基础上，给予心理干预，可以提高手掌微潮概率以及干燥概率，降低潮湿的概率。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on improving the postoperative efficacy of primary hyperhidrosis in patients.Methods 108 patients with primary hyperhidrosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with digital parry method,54 cases in each group.In the observation group,the patients were treated with basic nursing+psychological intervention,the control group was treated with basic nursing.Finally,the two groups of patients with hyperhidrosis postoperative efficacy and satisfaction were compared.Results The observation group micro wave probability(37.04%)and dry probability(57.41%)was higher than that in the control group(16.67%),and the moisture probability(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group (46.30%),there was statistically significant difference(P＜0.05）.The treatment satisfaction of observation group(98.15%)was higher than that in the control group(72.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05）.Conclusion Psychological intervention based on clinical opponents can increase clinical effect,reduced wet probability and increase dry probability.
