Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on improving the postoperative efficacy of primary hyperhidrosis in patients. Methods 108 patients with primary hyperhidrosis who were treated in our hospital from June 2015 to July 2017 were enrolled in this study. The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group with digital parry method,54 cases in each group. In the observation group, the patients were treated with basic nursing+psychological intervention, the control group was treated with basic nursing. Finally, the two groups of patients with hyperhidrosis postoperative efficacy and satisfaction were compared. Results The observation group micro wave probability(37.04%)and dry probability(57.41%)was higher than that in the control group(16.67%),and the moisture probability(5.56%)was lower than that in the control group (46.30%),there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of observation group(98.15%)was higher than that in the control group(72.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention based on clinical opponents can increase clinical effect, reduced wet probability and increase dry probability.
