Abstract：Objective To observe the eradication rate and safety of Probiotics Freeze-Dried Powder combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods A total of 98 Hppositive patients who were diagnosed and treated in the outpatient clinic of our hospital from November 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into quadruple medication group (49 cases)and combined medication group (49 cases).The quadruple medication group was treated with Rabeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clarithromycin and Colloidal Bismuth Pectin,while the combined medication group was further given Probiotics Freeze-Dried Powder on the basis of the quadruple medication group.The Hp eradication rate and the incidence rate of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The Hp eradication rate in the combined medication group was higher than that in the quadruple medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than that in the quadruple medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Probiotics Freeze-Dried Powder combined with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy has a high eradication rate of Hp and fewer adverse reactions,which is appropriate for clinical promotion.
