Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the effect and safety of Qishenyiqi Drop Pills combined with Methylcobalamin in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (qi deficiency and blood stasis type)treated in our hospital from August 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in the study and randomly grouped according to the random data table method.45 patients in the control group were treated with Methylcobalamin Injection,while 45 patients in the observation group were treated Methylcobalamin Injection combined with Qishenyiqi Drop Pills.12 weeks were a course of treatment.The improvement of lower limb nerve conduction velocity,the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter treatment,the motor conduction velocity of the tibial nerve and the common peroneal nerve in the observation group were quicker than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than that of the control group(68.89%)(P＜0.05.The total incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in the observation group and it was 4.44%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionQishenyiqi Drop Pills combined with Methylcobalamin is effective in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,which can improve nerve conduction function,it is safe and reliable,it is better than single western medicine treatment,and it is worthy of promotion.
