Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of group nursing management mode in operating room nursing management.MethodsTwenty-six nurses in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the control group from June 2015 to June 2016,and the routine nursing management mode was implemented in nursing management.Twentyfour nurses in the operating room of our hospital were selected as the research group from July 2016 to July 2017,and the group nursing management mode was implemented in nursing management.After 3 months of implementation,the nursing quality of two groups was compared.Fifty operations were randomly selected during the implementation of nursing management mode in two groups,and the satisfaction of 50 surgeons and 50 patients was investigated.ResultsThe nursing quality score of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction degree of surgeons in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The patients′satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionIn the nursing management of operating room,the effect of implementing group nursing management mode is more ideal,which can improve the nursing quality and improve the satisfaction of surgeons and patients,and it is worthy of in-depth study and promotion.
