Abstract:ObjectiveTo investiage the effect of Shenkang Injection on chronic glomerulonephritis and the influence of peripheral blood INF-γ,IL-4,IL-17and homocysteine levels.MethodsNinety-eight patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from April 2015 to August 2017 were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group.Among them, patients in control group were treated with Benazepril, and patients in observation group were treated with Shenkang Injection on the basis of this, and related clinical indexes data of the two groups were observed and compared, including total effective rate of treatment, blood pressure before and after treatment, renal function before and after treatment,IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 and homocysteine levels in peripheral blood before and after treatment, etc.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 1 case of rash,1 case of pruritus in the observation group,2 cases of rash and 1 case of pruritus in the control group.there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the blood pressure of both groups was lower than before treatment, the blood pressure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in renal function indexes between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the renal function indicators of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in INF-γ,IL-4And IL-17 levels in peripheral blood between the two groups (P<0.05).After treatment,INF-γ and Il-4 in peripheral blood of both groups were lower than those before treatment, and IL-17 was higher than that before treatment. After treatment(P<0.05),the serum,INF-γ and IL-17 levels of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the serum IL-4 levels of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in homocysteine levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the homocysteine levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment, the homocysteine level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionShenkang Injection of chronic glomerulonephritis with the effect is superior to Benazepril alone in the application. The effects on peripheral blood levels of IFN-γ,IL-4,IL-17 and homocysteine is significant. Therefore it can be popularized and applied in clinic.
