Abstract：With the universal two-child policy carrying out,the group preparing to give birth to a second baby is enlarging rapidly,most of which are elderly women.These elderly women are always confronted with the decrease in the number of follicles and the quality of ova,resulting in the damage to fertility.In addition,some gestational deceases such as gestational diabetes and hypertension further increase the risk of pregancy,therefore,it was significant to have a detailed assessment inadvanced for the elderly women.In order to evaluate the reproductive capacity of elderly women and take corresponding intervention measures,the factors that affect the fertility of elder women were discussed.A variety of auxiliary examinations and questionnaires were used to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the reproductive ability of the elderly women before pregnancy,and the corresponding intervention measures were taken to solve the problems in the evaluation and the risk.Finally,the purpose of helping the elderly women to succeed in pregnancy was achieved.
