Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore and analyze the clinical nursing effect by infantile massage combined with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.MethodsFrom January 2017 to January 2018,a total of 80 children with diarrhea diagnosed in pediatric outpatient department of our hospital were selected and divided into nursing group and control group according to the principle of random distribution,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Bacillus subtilis binomial living bacteria granules,Montmorillonite dispersion and routine nursing care.The nursing group was performed infantile massage combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and satisfaction with nursing were compared in two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the nursing group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.5%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the nursing group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionOn the basis of routine treatment and nursing care,the combination of infantile massage and acupoint application can obviously improve the curative effect and the satisfaction of the children′s family to the nursing work.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
