Clinical observation of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma

Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variantasthma.MethodsEighty patientswith cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from October 2013 to September 2017 were divided into the control group and study groupm,and there were 40 cases in each group according to the random number tablemethod.The control group was given the routine westernmedicine treatmentwhile the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the treatment of the control group.And the clinical curative effect after the treatment,expression levels of serum and sputum inflammatory factors before and after the treatment of two groupswere observed.ResultsThe total effective rate of the study group after treatmentwas obviously higher than that of the control group,the expression levels of serum and sputum inflammatory factors of two groups after 1 and 2 weeks were significantly decreased,and the expression levels of serum and sputum of study group were all lower than the levels of control group,and the differences of two groupswere all significant(P＜0.05).ConclusionThe clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of cough variant asthma is better,and it has better anti-inflammation mechanism,so it is worth popularizing and applying in patientswith cough variant asthma.
