Abstract：Objective To know the quality and medication situation of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital and promote rational drug use in clinic through the comment and analysis of outpatient prescriptions.Methods The outpatient prescriptions during January to June in 2017 were reviewed by retrospective analysis.The basic situation and unreasonable situation of the prescription were analyzed by using Excel software.Results A total of 229 579 outpatient prescriptions during January to June in 2017 were extracted.The average amount of the prescriptions were 104.47 yuan,the use rate of the generic name of the drug was 100.00%,the rate of antibiotic usage was 23.70%,the application rate of antibiotics for intravenous use was 6.67%and the average drug use categories in outpatient prescriptions were 3.61 kinds.There were 229 433 reasonable prescriptions,and the rational rate of prescription was 99.94%.Of the 146 irrational prescriptions,25 were nonstandard(17.12%),121 were inappropriate(82.88%),and 0 were abnormal.Conclusion The rational rate of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital is high,but there are still unreasonable prescriptions.The hospital should continue to adhere to and improve the prescription evaluation system,improve the quality of the prescription,further promote the clinical rational use of drugs,and ensure the safety of the patients.
