改良式水合氯醛保留灌肠法结合镇静评估工具对婴幼儿镇静效果的影响

摘要目的探讨改良式水合氯醛保留灌肠法结合镇静评估工具在婴幼儿辅助检查中的镇静效果。方法采用便利抽样法，选取2016年6月～2017年2月在我院辅助检查中应用水合氯醛保留灌肠的婴幼儿300例，按病区的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各150例。对照组患儿采用传统水合氯醛保留灌肠法，观察组采用改良式水合氯醛保留灌肠法并应用镇静评估工具对镇静程度进行判断，比较两组婴幼儿保留灌肠后药物溢出情况及镇静效果。结果观察组患儿灌肠液的溢出率少于对照组；镇静效果优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论改良式水合氯醛保留灌肠法减少药液的溢出，增加药物在肠道内保留的时间，结合镇静评估工具准确判断镇静程度，提升镇静效果。

Abstract：Objective To investigate the sedation effect of improved chloral hydrate retention enema with sedation assessment tool in infants and young children′s auxiliary examination.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 300 infants and young children who received chloral hydrate retention enema in the auxiliary examination from June 2016 to February 2017.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different wards,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional chloral hydrate retention enema.The observation group was treated with improved chloral hydrate retention enema and the sedative assessment tool was used to judge the degree of sedation.The drug spillover and the sedative effect of two groups of infants and young children after retention enema were compared.Results The spillover of the enema fluid in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the sedation effect was better than that in the control group.There are statistically significant differences in comparison(P＜0.01).Conclusion The improved chloral hydrate retention enema method can reduce the spillover of liquid and increase the retention time of drugs in the intestine.Combined with sedation assessment tools,it can accurately judge the degree of sedation and enhance the sedative effect.
