Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nerve mobilization on the lumbar disc herniation after collagenase chemonucleolysis,in order to improve the curative effect.Methods From February 2015 to January 2017,60 cases of lumbar disc herniation with collagenase chemonucleolysis were selected as the research object and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment methods after collagenase chemonucleolysis,patients in the observation group received nerve mobilization treatment,the effects,blood related indexes before and after treatment,changes of visual analogue score(VAS),Japan Association for Department of Orthopedics lumbar disease assessment form(JOA)score,sciatic nerve angle and lumbar nerve root angle before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The effective of the observation group was significantly betterer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The level of IL-1,TNF-α,TXB2 after treatment in the observation group was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the level of IL-1,TNF-α,TXB2 before and after treatment in the control group(P>0.05);IL-1,TNF-α,TXB2 after treatment in the observation group was decreased significantly than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).VAS score after treatment in two groups was decreased significantly than that before treatment,JOA score,sciatic nerve angle,lumbar nerve root angle recovery after treatment was significantly increased than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the above indexes in the observation group was improved more significantly than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Nerve mobilization can improve the clinical symptoms of lumbar disc herniation after collagenase chemonucleolysis,and improve the curative effect.
