Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of high-risk human papillomavirus DNA (HC2-HPV-DNA)detected by two generation hybrid capture and thinprep cytology test(TCT)in cervical cancer and precancerous lesion. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,342 patients with cervical lesion admitted into our hospital were selected. All patients were given TCT test,HC2 test, combined test, and pathological biopsy.TCT test was performed by the TBS grading system;HC2 test was performed by two generation hybrid capture. The combined test of two methods and pathological biopsy were carried out in the patients, and the test results were observed. Results According to the principle of cytological and histological diagnosis could differ by class 1,the coincidence rate of LSIL,HSIL,SCC of TCT detection result and final pathological diagnosis result was 50.0%,84.9%,and 100.0%,respectively.In addition, for different pathological diagnosis results, the positive rate of HC2 was also different. If the cervical lesions were more severe, the positive rate of HC2 test was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, negative predictive value and positive predictive value for combined test of TCT+HC2 were higher than those of single detection. Conclusion Combined test detection of TCT+HC2 in the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesion has a higher accuracy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
