针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的实际效果观察

摘要目的探讨针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的实际效果。方法选取2013年7月～2016年7月在我院接受治疗的肺炎患儿100例作为研究对象，采用单双号随机分组的方式将其分为对照组与观察组，各50例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予针对性护理，对比两组患儿的体温转为正常耗时、住院时间、家属心理状况（SAS、SDS）及护理满意度的情况。结果观察组体温转为正常耗时、住院时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；且观察组家属SAS、SDS评分均优于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组家属护理总满意度为96.00%，明显优于对照组的80.00%（P＜0.05）。结论针对性护理在肺炎患儿中的应用效果显著，可缩短患儿的降温耗时和住院时间，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective To explore the practical effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods 100 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects.By odd or even number,they were evenly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was used regular nursing,while the observation group was adopted targeted nursing.The time of children′s body temperature to normal,hospital stay,family psychological status (SAS and SDS)and nursing satisfaction were compared in two groups.Results The time of children patient′s body temperature to normal and hospital stay in the observation group were both shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in patient′s families of observation group were better than those of control group(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction from families in the observation group was 96.00%,significantly better than that in the control group of 80.00%(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of targeted nursing in children with pneumonia can obtain a remarkable effect.It can also shorten the time of reducing fever and hospital stay,and is worthy of promotion.
