Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the clinical value of Bupivacaine combined with Sufentanil for subarachnoid block in cesarean section.Methods50 cases of parturients underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as research object and divided into study group and control group according to different methods of anesthesia,25 cases in each group. The study group received Bupivacaine combined with Sufentanil for subarachnoid block in cesarean section, the control group was given simple Bupivacaine for subarachnoid block in cesarean section, the incidence of adverse reactions, anesthetic effect and neonatal Apgar score of two groups were compared.ResultsThe total incidence rate of adverse reactions was 8.00%in the study group, which was lower than that in the control group(28.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anesthesia total superior rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in neonatal Apgar score between two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionIn cesarean section, the implementation of Bupivacaine combined with Sufentanil in subarachnoid block has significant clinical value, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of maternal adverse reactions and improve the anesthetic effect, and will not cause serious neonatal effects,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
