Abstract:ObjectiveTo understand the disinfection and sterilization effect of monitoring medical institutions at all levels in Xigang district,so as to improve the quality of medical institutions,prevent and control nosocomial infection.MethodsStatistical methods was used to analyze the data of monitoring results of medical institutions at different levels in Xigang district from January 2012 to April 2016.ResultsFrom January 2012 to April 2016,a total of 1638 samples were dectected,the total qualified rate of all samples was 94.6%.Qualified rate of 2012,2013,2014,2015,2016 was 91.5%,98.8%,99.5%,95.7%,91.3%respectively (P<0.05).Qualified rates of medical staff hands,air,object surface,pressure sterilizer,sterile packet detection,sewage,disinfectants and disinfection of endoscope was 89.9%,94.9%,99.3%,96.0%, 93.2%,88.6%,100.0%,100.0%,the difference in qualified rate of the medical staff hands,air,sterile packet detection and sewage each year was statistically significant(P<0.05),qualified rate of object surface,pressure sterilizer,disinfectants and disinfection of endoscopes in each year was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Qualified rate in three hospitals at different levels of medical institutions was up to 92.3%,the lowest qualified rate of 31.2%in dental institutions,the monitoring unit qualified rate from high to low was respectively first-level hospital,second-class hospital and other medical units(except dental medical institution),the difference in qualified rate at different levels of monitoring unit detection was statistically significant(χ2=29.934,P<0.05).ConclusionDisinfection and sterilization effect of medical institutions at all levels is good,but there are still potential danger of nosocomial infection,disinfection monitoring should be further strengthened,especially to the monitor of hand hygiene and sewage.
